SECTION 1 – GENERAL INFORMATION
This document has been prepared in accordance with the Brazilian General Personal Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/18), the Brazilian Civil Rights Framework for the Internet (Law 12,965/14), and EU Regulation No. 2016/6790). Furthermore, this document may be updated as a result of any normative change, which is why the user is invited to regularly refer to this section.
SECTION 2 – HOW DO WE COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
The user’s personal data is collected by the organis.org.br website as follows:
Registration data: first name, last name, address, email address, city of residence, CPF [Individual Taxpayer Registry No.]/CNPJ [Corporate Taxpayer Registry No.], telephone number, date of birth, and gender. With this basic identification data, we can identify and ensure greater security and well-being of users. Users hereby acknowledge that their profile on the organis.org.br website will be accessible by all other users of the organis.org.br website.
Browsing-related data: the company collects interaction and access information to provide a better user experience. Such data may involve search keywords, specific document shares, comments, page views, profiles, the URL the user comes from, their browser, and their IP addresses, among other information that can be stored and retained.
Payment and transaction data: Data requested due to any Service transaction request, such as credit card number and other card information, as well as information regarding payments made.
Public data: Personal data that is publicly available, or which has been made evidently public by the holder, including any sensitive data contained in such publicly accessible documents and content (as defined by Brazilian legislation, such as data revealing religious, political, or sexual orientation, philosophical conviction, participation in political or social movements, health or genetic information), emphasizing that the processing of such data shall take into account the purpose, good faith, and public interest that justified its disclosure.
SECTION 3 – WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE COLLECT ABOUT THE USER?
We collect the following personal data about the user:
Browsing optimization data: We currently collect data such as recommendations in publications, comments, page views, profiles, and topics (access to pages, search keywords, recommendations, comments, and IP address).
Newsletter: The email address registered by the user who chooses to subscribe to the Newsletter will be collected and stored until the user unsubscribes.
SECTION 4 – FOR WHAT PURPOSES DO WE USE THE USER’S PERSONAL DATA?
The organis.org.br website collects and stores the user’s personal data for the following purposes:
User well-being: Improve the product and/or service offered, facilitate, streamline, and fulfill the commitments between the user and the company, improve user experience, and provide specific features based on the user’s basic characteristics.
Improvements to the organis.org.br website: Understand how the user uses the website’s services, to help in the development of business and techniques.
Ads: Show the user personalized ads based on the data provided.
Commercial: The data is used to customize the content offered and provide the website with the means to improve service quality.
User profile prediction: Automated personal data processing to evaluate website usage.
SECTION 5 – HOW LONG IS PERSONAL DATA STORED?
The user’s personal data is stored by the organis.org.br website for the time necessary to provide the service or fulfill the purposes provided for herein, in accordance with the provisions of Article 15, Item I of Law 13,709/18.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are saved indefinitely. We do this so that any later comments can be automatically recognized and approved, instead of being held for moderation.
For users who register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can view, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (however, their username cannot be modified). Website administrators can also view and edit this information.
The data may be deleted or anonymized at the user’s request, except in cases where the law provides for other processing.
Furthermore, the user’s personal data can only be retained after its processing is completed in the following cases provided for in Article 16 of said law:
I – compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation by the controller;
II – study by a research body, ensuring the anonymization of personal data, whenever possible;
III – transfer to a third party, provided that the data processing requirements set out in this Law are observed;
IV – exclusive use by the controller, provided that the data is anonymized, and access by third parties is prohibited.
SECTION 6 – SECURITY OF STORED PERSONAL DATA
The organis.org.br website undertakes to apply all technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access and situations that may cause the destruction, loss, change, communication, or dissemination of said data.
Credit card data is encrypted through secure socket layer (SSL) technology, which ensures secure and confidential data transmission. Therefore, all data transmitted between the server and the user is encrypted.
The organis.org.br website shall not be liable for the sole fault of third parties, such as in the event of an attack by hackers or crackers, or the sole fault of the user, as in the case where the user transfer their data to third parties. The website undertakes to report to the user any security breach involving their personal data.
The personal data stored is processed confidentially, within the legal limits. However, we may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you breach our Service Agreement.
SECTION 7 – DATA SHARING
User data sharing occurs only with data related to posts made by the user themselves, and such actions are shared publicly with other users.

Cookies refer to text files sent by the organis.org.br website to the user’s computer and stored therein, with information related to browsing on the website. Such information is related to access data, such as location and time of access, and is stored by the user’s browser so that the Guide server can read it later and customize the Guide services.
The user of the organis.org.br website hereby acknowledges and accepts that a browsing data collection system using cookies may be employed.
Persistent cookies remain on the user’s hard drive after the browser is closed and will be used by the browser on subsequent visits to the site. Users can remove persistent cookies by following their browser’s instructions. Session cookies are temporary and disappear after the browser is closed. You can configure your web browser to refuse all cookies; however, some features of the Guide may not work correctly if cookies are disabled.
By leaving a comment on the site, you may choose to save your name, email, and website to cookies. This is for your convenience, since you will not need to fill in your details again when you make another comment. These cookies last for one year.
If you have an account and access this website, a temporary cookie will be created to determine whether your browser accepts cookies. It does not contain any personal data and will be discarded when you close your browser.
When you access your account on the website, we also create multiple cookies to save your account data and your screen display choices. Login cookies are kept for two days while screen options cookies are kept for one year. If you select “Remember me”, your access will be kept for two weeks. If you sign out of your account, login cookies will be removed.
If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie does not include any personal data and simply indicates the post ID for the article you just edited. It expires after one day.
SECTION 10 – CONSENT
The user, upon registration, expresses their knowledge of and ability to exercise their rights to cancel their registration, access and update their personal data, and guarantees the veracity of the information provided by them.
The user has the right to withdraw their consent at any time by contacting us at email@example.com.
The changes and clarifications will take effect immediately after their publication on the organis.org.br website. Users will be notified when changes are made. By using the service or providing personal information after any modifications, the user expressly agrees with the new rules.
In case of a merger or sale of the organis.org.br website to another company, user data may be transferred to the new owners, so that the services offered can be maintained.
SECTION 12 – JURISDICTION FOR CONFLICT RESOLUTION
Brazilian law shall be fully applicable to the settlement of disputes arising from this instrument.
Any claims shall be filed at the jurisdiction where ORGANIS is located.
THE USER HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE PECULIARITIES ABOUT DATA COLLECTION, USE, AND SHARING BY ORGANIS HAVE BEEN SUFFICIENTLY DESCRIBED IN THIS POLICY AND THAT ORGANIS HAS DULY FULFILLED ITS DUTY OF INFORMATION.
AFTER CAREFULLY READING THIS POLICY, THE USER FREELY, INFORMEDLY, UNEQUIVOCALLY, AND EXPRESSLY CONSENTS WITH THIS POLICY AND ACCEPTS ALL OF ITS PROVISIONS.
