This Privacy Policy contains information on the collection, use, storage, processing, and protection of users’ personal data on the organis.org.br website, for the purpose of showing total transparency on the matter and clarifying to all stakeholders what types of data are collected, the reasons for collection, and how users can manage or delete their personal information.
This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the organis.org.br website and is part of the agreement on provision of services to the organis.org.br website, by Organis – Associação de Promoção da Produção Orgânica e Sustentável, also designated, duly registered in the National Corporate Taxpayer Register under no. 22.275.791/0001-03, located at Rua Doutor Correa Coelho, n.º 767, Bairro Jardim Botânico, Curitiba-PR, CEP [ZIP Code] 80210-350, hereinafter referred to as ORGANIS.
This document has been prepared in accordance with the Brazilian General Personal Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/18), the Brazilian Civil Rights Framework for the Internet (Law 12,965/14), and EU Regulation No. 2016/6790). Furthermore, this document may be updated as a result of any normative change, which is why the user is invited to regularly refer to this section.

SECTION 2 – HOW DO WE COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

The user’s personal data is collected by the organis.org.br website as follows:
Registration data: first name, last name, address, email address, city of residence, CPF [Individual Taxpayer Registry No.]/CNPJ [Corporate Taxpayer Registry No.], telephone number, date of birth, and gender. Payment and transaction data: Data requested due to any Service transaction request, such as credit card number and other card information, as well as information regarding payments made.
Public data: Personal data that is publicly available, or which has been made evidently public by the holder, including any sensitive data contained in such publicly accessible documents and content (as defined by Brazilian legislation, such as data revealing religious, political, or sexual orientation, philosophical conviction, participation in political or social movements, health or genetic information), emphasizing that the processing of such data shall take into account the purpose, good faith, and public interest that justified its disclosure.

SECTION 3 – WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE COLLECT ABOUT THE USER?

We collect the following personal data about the user:
Browsing optimization data: We currently collect data such as recommendations in publications, comments, page views, profiles, and topics (access to pages, search keywords, recommendations, comments, and IP address).
Newsletter: The email address registered by the user who chooses to subscribe to the Newsletter will be collected and stored until the user unsubscribes.
Cookie data: Personal data collected through the use of cookies, as detailed hereinafter.

SECTION 4 – FOR WHAT PURPOSES DO WE USE THE USER’S PERSONAL DATA?

IV – exclusive use by the controller, provided that the data is anonymized, and access by third parties is prohibited.

SECTION 6 – SECURITY OF STORED PERSONAL DATA

The organis.org.br website undertakes to apply all technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access and situations that may cause the destruction, loss, change, communication, or dissemination of said data.
Credit card data is encrypted through secure socket layer (SSL) technology, which ensures secure and confidential data transmission. Therefore, all data transmitted between the server and the user is encrypted.
The organis.org.br website shall not be liable for the sole fault of third parties, such as in the event of an attack by hackers or crackers, or the sole fault of the user, as in the case where the user transfer their data to third parties. The website undertakes to report to the user any security breach involving their personal data.
The personal data stored is processed confidentially, within the legal limits. However, we may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you breach our Service Agreement.

SECTION 9 – COOKIES OR BROWSING DATA

Cookies refer to text files sent by the organis.org.br website to the user’s computer and stored therein, with information related to browsing on the website. Such information is related to access data, such as location and time of access, and is stored by the user’s browser so that the Guide server can read it later and customize the Guide services.
The user of the organis.org.br website hereby acknowledges and accepts that a browsing data collection system using cookies may be employed.
Persistent cookies remain on the user’s hard drive after the browser is closed and will be used by the browser on subsequent visits to the site. Users can remove persistent cookies by following their browser’s instructions. Session cookies are temporary and disappear after the browser is closed. You can configure your web browser to refuse all cookies; however, some features of the Guide may not work correctly if cookies are disabled.
By leaving a comment on the site, you may choose to save your name, email, and website to cookies. This is for your convenience, since you will not need to fill in your details again when you make another comment. These cookies last for one year.

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time, therefore we recommended that the user review it frequently.
The changes and clarifications will take effect immediately after their publication on the organis.org.br website. Users will be notified when changes are made. By using the service or providing personal information after any modifications, the user expressly agrees with the new rules.
In case of a merger or sale of the organis.org.br website to another company, user data may be transferred to the new owners, so that the services offered can be maintained.

AFTER CAREFULLY READING THIS POLICY, THE USER FREELY, INFORMEDLY, UNEQUIVOCALLY, AND EXPRESSLY CONSENTS WITH THIS POLICY AND ACCEPTS ALL OF ITS PROVISIONS.
